Dedicated to Excellence Reno Plumbing Doctor is owned and operated by Mark & Jeri Hardy and are grateful to be a part of the Plumbing Doctor franchise. The owner of Plumbing Doctor started out with a desire to bring a positive outlook back to the plumbing industry, an outlook that had been lost by those in the field that were only in it for the almighty dollar. He created the upfront pricing manual so that our customers can see and approve of the cost for their service before we even begin any of the work. There are never any "hidden" costs. Mark has been in the plumbing industry since 1979 and is extremely knowledgeable in all areas regarding water heater repairs, installations and water treatment services.
